Background: Mr. McNulty is a former U.S. patent examiner. His practice areas include: laminates, food technology, electroplating, fuel handling, labeling, packaging, construction, roofing, machinery, materials, papermaking, printed circuit board treatment, power generation, textiles, wastewater treatment, robotics and other electromechanical and mechanical arts, trademarks, and copyrights. He has substantial patent, trademark, trade secret, and unfair competition litigation experience in state and federal courts. Mr. McNulty is also the co-author of “The Oblivious Risk-Taker or Personal Liability of Corporate Officers of Small, Closely Held Companies for Patent Infringement,” Wiley Intellectual Property Law Update (1998). He is a member of Delta Theta Phi.

A former senior scientist and trademark counsel with Rohm and Haas Co., his practice areas include: polymers, resins, monomers, alloys, coatings, tertiary and quaternary wastewater treatment, printed circuit board cleaners and other solvents, with experience in mechanical, computer, biotechnology and chemical arts, trademarks, and copyrights. He has varied litigation experience in diverse technical areas. He served as Note and Comment Editor for the Temple Law Quarterly. He is a member of  Phi Lambda Upsilon and Sigma Xi.
